PT Perta-Samtan Gas conducted a benchmarking visit on energy management and energy optimization at PT Petro Oxo Nusantara (PT PON). The visit aimed to learn best practices in energy management, particularly the implementation of CO₂ removal technology and the utilization of natural gas, to support sustainable business development and enhance the company's operational efficiency.

The delegation was led by Mr. Jeffry H. Simanjuntak, President Director of PT Perta-Samtan Gas, accompanied by Mr. Muhammad Suryadi, Director of Risk Management of PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas), along with their management team.

The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Jaya Martapa, President Director of PT Petro Oxo Nusantara, together with the Board of Directors and Mr. Bayu Hendratomo, Production Manager. During the visit, the guests toured the company's production facilities and the NPG Project, accompanied by Mr. Djatmiko Darmo Saputro, Operations Director, and the Production Manager. Throughout the site visit, PT Petro Oxo Nusantara presented its operational processes, energy management practices, and various energy optimization initiatives implemented to improve operational efficiency while supporting long-term business sustainability.

Through this benchmarking activity, both companies expect to exchange valuable knowledge, strengthen inter-company collaboration, and contribute to the advancement of Indonesia's industrial sector through the implementation of more effective and efficient energy management practices.
