Commission IV of the Gresik Regency Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) expressed their appreciation to PT Petro Oxo Nusantara for the excellent implementation of Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 7 of 2022. The implementation was deemed not only well-targeted but also followed up with concrete programs that directly impact the community.

PT Petro Oxo Nusantara is committed to providing employment opportunities for the local community, taking into account qualifications and needs in accordance with operational standards. PT PON also fully understands the importance of offering equal job opportunities. Currently, PT PON employs over 60% local workers. As the company grows and requires more personnel—both skilled and unskilled—it will continue to prioritize hiring local residents. The hope is that everyone can contribute and grow together with the company.

It is expected that through this visit, collaboration between PT PON, the community, and the government will be further strengthened to realize sustainable development and deliver tangible benefits in improving the quality of life for the people.
